Abul Hasan Ali Hasani Nadwi (24 November 1914 – 31 December 1999) also spelt Abul Hasan Ali al Hasani an Nadvi affectionately called as Ali Miyan was an Indian Islamic scholar and author of over fifty books in various languages. He was the theorist of the revivalist movement. Nadwi received most of his advanced education at the Dar al-'Ulum of the Nadwat al-'Ulama in Lucknow.[10] He also received a gol medal from Allahabad University and also took lessons at the famous, Darul Uloom Deoband.  Punctuation marks (علامات الترقيم) are not always used correctly in Arabic. In this post, I explain some of the rules related to the use of punctuation marks. First of all, it should be noted that some punctuation marks in Arabic look different from the English counterparts, e.g. the English comma is (,) while the Arabic comma (الفاصلة) points the opposite way (،) and it is written on top of the line.
